Gainesville is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Gainesville follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I went in to have two new tires replaced in the back. After my tires will removed and replaced. I have a TPM sensor fault. There was nothing wrong with the sensors before I went there. After I left, I had a fault that would not go away. They really did nothing to try to fix it. It had to be damaged when they replaced my tires. They work great on getting my car in and out, but leaving with a fault sensor not taken care of left a bad taste in my mouth.

My wife got a flat while traveling through town. They came right out and took her tire and fixed the flat so she could get back on the road. As a fellow shop owner I appreciate the quick and kind service. Thanks for the help.

I generally don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience because I left feeling disrespected. I stopped by this tire shop because my tire needed air. Instead of simply letting me know the cost or whether they could help, the gentleman immediately complained that if he put air in my tire, it would cost me $50 because he wasn't supposed to be here today. I said, β€œOkay,” and then he responded by saying, β€œI don’t want to be disrespectful. Let me give you a dollar so you can put air in your tire yourself.” I found that comment unnecessary and unprofessional. For context, I don’t live in Gainesville. I had to stop because my tire needed air, and the air machine didn’t even cost a dollarβ€”it was actually $3 since I had to use Apple Pay. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of customer service. You never know who may walk through your doors or who may become a future customer. Every person should be treated with kindness, professionalism, and respect. I understand it was the day of a holiday, but if providing a simple service was an inconvenience, it would have been better not to be open. What made the experience even more disappointing is that I w

This place is top notch. Using them for a second time and they remembered me. They worked with me to get the best option for my car and my situation. These are really great people who provide excellent service. I cannot say enough good things about this place and their staff/owners. If you want to know you've been taken care of by the best, go see them.

A bolt punctured our tire on 441 and we called a few places to see if anyone could patch it immediately on a Saturday and only Cato’s tire was available to do it. They got our tire repaired immediately. We were in and out within 10 mins. Cato is a great guy along with his team. I highly recommend this shop and would go here again. Honest and very fair, very rare to see this nowadays.
